On the ordering page above, choose one or more signs you would like to purchase. Click the sign and fill out the information accordingly. We will quote the sign costs and send it to you. Should you approve, we will give you payment options including financing. Once we receive 50% as a deposit, we will put your sign into production. You pay the remainder upon completion of the sign. In up to 8 weeks, the sign will be available for you to collect.
Do you beat competitors prices?
We can beat most competitors prices by anywhere from 20% - 60%, however, we do not guarantee any rates until the entire job has been analyzed and quoted appropriately.
Do you offer a warranty?
1 year warranty on all sign lighting, 3 year warranty on the structure of the sign. There are conditions to the warranty as we do not cover electrical overload or signs damaged by unnatural means. For complete warranty terms, please see the invoice you are provided.
When will I get my sign?
Manufacturing will be quoted to you but typically between 2 - 8 weeks, however that number can be longer depending on work load or complexity. We will do our best to be as accurately transparent about time as possible. Shipping times from us to you will vary
Do you ship anywhere in the U.S.?
Yes we do. In many cases, shipping is free.
Do you handle permitting for us?
No, we do not. We are only a sign manufacturer. We advise you to call the city as they are often very helpful in getting your permitting done, additionally, any contractor you hire for install can get your permits.
What permits do I need?
It really depends on where you are, what type of business, etc. Typically you will need a sign permit, which is a pretty straight forward process. For some businesses, a minor use permit is required before you can get a sign permit. It's recommended that you call the city to get your permitting requirements.
Can you do virtual 3-D signs?
Yes we can. This is an additional service which costs extra. We will provide the sign to you in a 3D format such as FBX or OBJ for either Blender, Maya or any video game engine. If you would like us to set up your sign for use in Unreal Engine, we can do that as well. The 3D signs will be your respective property and can be used in any commercial project such as video games, videos, commercials, etc.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The price you are quoted is exactly what you will pay.
Are design consultations free?
No, there is a non-refundable design consultation deposit of $200 required. If you order with us, that cost will be credited back to you during the sale If you have your own approved drawings/designs, you do not need a design consultation.
Do you do the installs as well?
We have partnered with contractors in most areas. Please contact us for installation, or you may use any licensed contractor or sign company for installation you choose. The average cost to put a sign up is between $700 - $2,000 per complete sign.
What type of manufacting limitations do you have?
Generally none. Our manufacturing processes and materials suppliers are state of the art and utilize cutting edge processes.
Do you do laser cutting and engraving?
We do, but on a case by case basis.
Do you offer on-site assistance?
No we do not. We are a sign manufacturer and do not do installs or service.
Do you do graphic design, layouts and logo design?
We do, but on a case by case basis.
